Abstract:
De onderzoeksgroep Architecture Navale, Génie Maritime, Navigation Intérieure et Maritime, Analyse des Systèmes de Transport (ANAST) van de Universiteit van Luik (ULg) voert onderzoek naar een ganse waaier aspecten gerelateerd met de scheepvaart. Het onderzoek concentreert zich op scheepsbouw, marien transport, modellering van rivier-maritiem transport en intermodaal transport, telematica toegepast op het beheer van navigatiemateriaal, ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerde applicatiesoftware voor scheepsbouw, optimaliseren van drijfstructuren, techno-economische vergelijkingsanalyse van transportmodi (+ intermodaliteit), ontwikkeling van een transportplan, wiskundige modellering van toekomstige verkeersstromen, testen van technieken na optimalisatie in de sleeptank, navale hydrodynamica en productiesimulatie (ruimte, stroming).

Specifiek voor het mariene domein wordt momenteel onderzoek verricht naar volgende onderwerpen:
- De scheepsbouw en de ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerde applicatiesoftware (CAD-CAE) voor scheepsbouw;
- De ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van offshore windturbines (WindSteel, EOL-OS, etc.);
- De ontwikkeling van een real-time en krachtig asset integrity management system voor offshore windmolenparken en een adaptieve onderhoudsstrategie (HLC-AIMS).

De onderzoeksgroep werkt samen met instituten en universiteiten over de ganse wereld en participeert in verscheidene Europese en internationale projecten.
